53rd Annual NMC Barbeque

May 18, 2008 11:00 AM until 05:00 PM

The season's first outdoor social event. Bring the family for mouth-watering buffalo burgers accompanied by all the picnic trimmings. Local entertainment and activities for kids. In celebration of serving the 500,000th person this year, there will be a drawing for a truly grand prize: A full scholarship. Everyone who purchases a ticket for the BBQ is eligible to enter. Northwestern Michigan College, Traverse City.


2nd Annual Elk Rapids Boat Show

Stop by the 2nd Annual Boat Show, sponsored by the Village of Elk Rapids and the Edward C. Grace Memorial Harbor. There are new and used boats for sale, including boats from many area marinas. The show also features entertainment, refreshments and childcare provided.
